Pineapple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
1 whole boneless pork loin
1 bag frozen pineapple
2 medium yellow bell peppers
1.5 cups MoJo Sauce

Directions:
Place pork and MoJo in crockpot and cook on low for 5-7 hours. One hour before serving, add entire bag of frozen pineapple and chopped peppers. Serve over coconut brown rice, couscous or quinoa.
